As a Highfield Approved Training Centre, we can also offer training courses that allow individuals to apply for an SIA Licence (in their chosen sector) such as Working as a Security Officer within the Private Security Industry and Conflict Management.
The SIA licence was created to regulate the security industry and improve its image. Licensing ensures that private security operatives are properly trained and qualified to do their jobs. Having an SIA licence is a legal requirement when working in the security industry.
